Located between DFW and Waco our "Little Laguna" is perfect for your getaway! Trail from back of home leads to a bluff that overlooks Lake Whitney and nearby are Boat Ramps, Swimming & Wading area at Lofers Bend Park, Soldier's Bluff Park. About 5 miles away is Walling Bend Park - it has a great swim beach and picnic area.
Ask about our offsite boat dock availability. Dock provides a spot to secure your boat and is an open docking area-not a covered slip.
For larger groups inquire about our other property that includes a private pool.
This well appointed, open home is one story with a front porch and covered lighted back patio and fire pit . There is plenty of parking at the home along with space for a boat and/or trailer.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is room for 4 at the counter, 6 at the dining table and seating for 6 at the outside dining area.
There are 2 small step down areas, one as you enter the home and one as you exit the front bedroom.
Please note that although we make every effort to clear bugs, spider webs, etc., the home is close to the lake. Please keep this in mind when booking.
Sleeping Arrangements- Maximum Guest Count is 6. *The home next door is also a short-term rental if additional space is
needed to accommodate extra-large groups (must book separately).
