Guest access
Our guests can enjoy the entire apartment. Access instructions to the building will be given prior to check- in.
Other things to note:
2-story loft, with 2 separate entrances, located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the building
There is a TV in each bedroom + a large Tv in the living room
This unit is permitted for 3 bedrooms and up to 8 guests, however, it is truly a 2-bedroom + loft: the loft can accommodate up to 2 guests in the Queen daybeds. It is open to the living room.
Elevator building, secured with door codes - no concierge or receptionist present in the building
No outdoor space, however, there is a table and chairs outside the entrance of the building, and the condo is at walking distance to the largest park in Nashville.
Private gated parking (free) with dedicated spaces
Free high-speed WiFi
Smart Locks (the code to enter the condo will appear on your guest portal after booking)
All units are rented on a short-term rental basis. This unit is on the 3rd and top floor of the building, with no other unit above.
ADA-friendly with ADA parking, shower, entrance on each floor, and space between the beds.

Summary: This property was 5 star cannot recommend you stay here enough! The apartment it’s self is beautiful and has every thing you could possibly need for you stay, from toiletries, cleaning product, they even has makeup cloths which was a great touch! The location is amazing only a $5-$10 Lyft to broadway! Communication with the hosts was incredible they were there for anything we needed and even gave us some recommendations! Perfect place for a girls trip, honestly book this apartment there is not one thing I would change about our stay there. Amazing! And thank you so much for having us!
