Cute finished attic space with all the amenities for a wonderful stay! You will enjoy your own large private room with 2 twin bed , the price room is for one person ,but is for two the additional 30 per night, mini-fridge, closet, reading chair, side table, desk and lamp. Downstairs are the shared areas including the living room with TV, dining area and the bathroom. Downtown Milford offers several trendy eateries and bars, several biking and hiking trails just minutes from our home. Cozy brick cape cod in the center of the east side of Cincinnati featuring private attic bedroom with writing desk, and closet for storage. On the main floor is the living area for relaxing after a long day, dining room for your convenience and the shower and bathroom. You will climb just a few steps to get into the home and the living areas are very accessible. You will have access to a Keurig for hot coffee, hot chocolate, and tea with all the fixings! You will share the living and dining area, plus a coffee station with me and another airbnb guest. You and the other airbnb guest will share the bathroom. I will be available as you need me. I have my private bedroom downstairs with my own living area and bathroom. I will be upstairs only to use the kitchen. Our street is very quiet but we're 3 min driving away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown Milford. Little Miami Brewing is a fun spot to check out for local craft beers. The Main Cup is a super cute coffee spot that's minutes away too. Take some time and explore the hiking and biking trails that are famous on the east side. Our home is also only 15 minutes away from Indian Hill, Loveland, and Madeira which have much to offer! Our town is pretty easy to get around by car but Uber and Lyft are also very popular. There is ample parking in our driveway and on the street.
