As you enter this single-storey home away from home, you're greeted by a cosy living room with a plush leather sofa and a large smart TV (apps only). Continuing through the home, you'll find bedrooms two and three on the right, each featuring queen-sized beds. The inviting sitting area seamlessly transitions to an outdoor area, complete with an outdoor table that overlooks the pool area and a grassy backyard, perfect for your four-legged friend to enjoy. The open-plan sitting area is adjacent to a well-equipped kitchen, offering all the appliances needed for cooking away from home. Behind the kitchen is the dining room, which features an efficient AC unit that keeps the entire house cool on warm summer days. The master bedroom and bedroom four are conveniently located on either side of the dining room, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

A short drive will take you to an array of coastal areas in Caloundra or Kawana with an abundance of cafes, restaurants and boutiques to enjoy.

There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the apartment is approximately 250m to Creekside Bvd where bus services are available and operate to Kawana (northbound) and Currimundi/Caloundra (southbound).

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
