The condo features sweeping floor to ceiling windows that open up to the outside gathering space where you can wrap up your day by lounging around the fire pit while watching your favorite sports team on YouTube TV. The ample kitchen comes fully stocked with all of the tools you would need to cook meals during your stay. This condo is a tech-lovers dream with its blazing fast WiFi, 5 TV’s and whole unit surround sound via Sonos. The complimentary beverage bar will help you power up in the morning as you will have your choice of coffee or tea.

The master suite boasts a luxurious king sized bed with a large walk in closet and private master bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and is situated across the hallway from the secondary bathroom. In the main living space, there is a queen-sized pull out couch as well as a twin-sized pull out chair to accommodate larger groups or kids.

Enjoy getting ready for the day in one of the two spacious bathrooms that offer all of the top luxuries. The floor to ceiling walk-in showers are stocked with high-quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash while Turkish bath towels provide the perfect touch for your daily pampering.

One covered parking space is provided in the parking garage located on the first floor of the building. A second parking space is available on an outdoor surface parking lot. The building provides seamless accessibility features allowing one to park and arrive at the unit without stairs by utilizing the elevator.

There is a $500 deposit for the condo. It is not charged to you upon booking, only reserved in the case of damage or theft. If something gets damaged or broken, please let us know and we will figure out a solution.
While we admire and appreciate furry friends, we do not allow them in our space. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.
We have an outdoor/outward facing camera overlooking the patio space for your safety. In addition we have a decibel detector within the unit to ensure the noise from the unit is not being heard from the adjacent neighbors.
