Renovated suite in Fernwood House. You will love this modern ground floor one bedroom! There is a large kitchen with stainless appliances including dishwasher and a dining table for four. The bathroom boasts heated tile floor, a tub/shower, vanity and toilet. The living room is furnished with a three seater couch, a lounge chair, a small desk and an electric fireplace. Curl up and read a book, watch the Smart TV or sit and work. At night enjoy the Simmons Beautyrest queen size bed. Note: bedroom carpet, bedroom dresser, couch and desk are new in September 2022.
