Unser Haus liegt in Neuried. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ebenfalls ist im Dorf ein Supermarkt vorhanden. Gutbürgerliche Gastronomie, rustikale Cafés, sowie Dönerstuben und Pizzarien nebst einem Dorflädchen sind in Altenheim ansässig. Heißluftballon- und Kanufahrten in den Rheinauen sind vor Ort buchbar. Neuried ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für unzählige, verschiedene Radtouren. Fahrradgeschäft mit Verleih ist vor Ort. Daneben kommen die Reitsport- und Pferdefreunde voll auf ihre Kosten. Für Abenteurer hält der Auen-Wildnispfad zu jeder Jahreszeit Neuigkeiten bereit und die Baggerseen rund um Neuried laden zum Baden und Sonnen ein. Entfernungen: 15 Minuten bis zur Kreisstadt Offenburg und nach Kehl; 10 Minuten bis zur Europastadt Straßburg; 25 Minuten zum weltbekannten Europa-Park Rust und ca. 35 Minuten bis zur historischen Altstadt Freiburg im Breisgau. Der Schwarzwald und die Vogesen liegen praktisch vor der Haustür. Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung und Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
Unsere freundliche, neu eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ist 63 qm groß und eignet sich für 2 Erw + 1 bis 2 Kinder. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem geräumigen Schlafsofa mit Federkern. Die große Küchenzeile mit Backofen, Kühl-Gefrierkombi und Spülmaschine runden das Bild nebst einem gemütlichen Essplatz ab. Unterhaltungselektronik steht selbstverständlich zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer ist mit Toilette, Dusche und Waschbecken einschließlich Handtuchtrockner ausgestattet. Bade- und Handtücher werden bereitgestellt. In der kälteren Jahreszeit sorgt eine Fußbodenheizung in der gesamten Wohnung für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Auf Wunsch kann für die kleinen Gäste ein Kinderreisebett und ein Hochstuhl bereitgestellt werden. Pkw und Fahrradabstellplatz sind vor dem Haus vorhanden. Eine separate Sitzecke lädt ein, den Tag beim Sonnenuntergang ausklingen zu lassen.
