Das Gebäude Engelgasse 21 ist ein denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus, das in der schönsten Gasse Gengenbachs liegt. In dem Haus befinden sich drei Wohnungen, von denen zwei als Ferienwohnungen genutzt werden. Der Haupteingang liegt am Mercyschen Hof und ist gut anfahrbar. Die Ferienwohnung "Turmblick" ist 67 qm groß. Sie hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf einen der markantesten Türme Gengenbachs: den Niggelturm und in die Engelgasse. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock, hat einen Balkon, der teilweise überdacht ist und einen Rundumblick auf den Mercyschen Hof bietet. Das Haus wurde liebevoll und mit Respekt vor der alten Bausubstanz restauriert und renoviert. Ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz steht in etwa 50 m Laufentfernung zur Verfügung. Die Ferienwohnung "Mercyscher Hof" ist 70 m2 groß. Sie hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf einen der markantesten Türme Gengenbachs: den Niggelturm und in die Engelgasse. Die Wohnung liegt ebenerdig. Ein kleiner Freisitz auf dem Mercyschen Hof gehört dazu. Das Haus wurde liebevoll und mit Respekt vor der alten Bausubstanz restauriert und renoviert. Ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz steht in etwa 50 m Laufentfernung zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll renoviert und restauriert worden. Sie bietet allen modernen Komfort und atmet dennoch den Geist des alten Gemäuers, sie ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. In der Küche stehen eine Spülmaschine, eine Kühl- Gefrierkombination, ein Backofen, ein Herd, ein Toaster, ein Wasserkocher und eine Filterkaffeemaschine zur Verfügung. Es gibt genügend Geschirr, Kochutensilien und alles, was für den Alltag benötigt wird. Ein kleiner Sitzplatz lädt zum Genießen ein. Das Wohnzimmer enthält einen Flachbildfernseher, eine großzügige Couchecke mit Ausziehfunktion (1,40 m), verschiedene Spiele und ist ideal zum gemütlichen Relaxen. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einem 1,80 m Doppelbett ausgestattet, im anderen Schlafzimmer stehen zwei 0,90 m Einzelbetten. Im Bad gibt es eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Die Toilette ist getrennt. Überall in der Wohnung gibt es W-LAN. Zur Verfügung gestellt werden Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Küchentextilien. Außerdem können Sie einen Tiefgaragenplatz in 70 m Entfernung nutzen. Die Reservierung gilt als bestätigt, wenn die Anzahlung von 20 % auf dem Konto eingegangen ist. Den Restbetrag bitten wir vier Wochen vor Reiseantritt zu überweisen. Am Anreisetag steht die Ferienwohnung ab 17 Uhr für Sie bereit. Eine frühere Anreise ist nach Absprache möglich. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt am Anreisetag durch mich (Tel.: 01577 – 2938468). Summary: This lovely apartment was perfect for our group of three adults and two small children (three and five years old). Thoughtfully appointed, we had no trouble cooking breakfasts and even dinner for ourselves, and the washer and dryer were especially welcome (even for a fairly short trip) with our two messy kids! We were able to do some great hiking right from the front door and it's easy to get to several great locations in the Black Forest (the Gutach Freilichtmuseum, Triberg) using public transit. Ann-Katrin was really friendly and welcoming and gave us some great insider tips. Highly recommended! :)
