Die komfortable Ferienwohnung "H.N.H." wurde im Mai 2019 neu eingerichtet und befindet sich in Lindau im Stadtteil Reutin. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und bietet auf 50qm Platz für 1-3 Personen. Nur eine Minute entfernt befinden sich eine Bäckerei, Getränkemarkt, sowie Restaurants und Supermärkte. Das Herzstück der Wohnung bildet der großzügige Wohnbereich. Ein gemütlicher Essplatz und die komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, sowie Spülmaschine bieten Platz und Gelegenheit zum Kochen und Genießen. Im Wohnraum befindet sich außerdem eine ausziehbare Couch (1,25x2m) und ein TV für entspannte Abende. Nur eine Gehminute von der Wohnung entfernt, befindet sich die Bushaltestelle. Von hier aus können Sie im 30-Minuten-Takt das Stadtgebiet erkunden. Auch die sehenswerte "Lindauer Insel" ist mit dem Stadtbus bequem erreichbar. Dank der Lindau Gästekarte ist die Fahrt mit dem Lindauer Stadtbus für Sie als Urlaubsgast gratis (April bis Oktober). Das Wohnzimmer beitet ein großes gemütliches Sofa mit Sitz- und Schlafmöglichkeiten (für eine Person). Ein Flatscreen Fernseher mit Kabelempfang sorgt für angenehme Unterhaltung. Das Esszimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem großen Esstisch und Stühlen. Die modern und großzügig ausgestattete Küche bietet Geschirr, Töpfe und alles was Sie zum Kochen brauchen. Der Elektroherd mit Ceran Kochfeld und Backofen, der Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, die Geschirrspülmaschine, die Kaffeemaschine, der Toaster etc. sind allesamt qualitativ hochwertige Geräte namhafter Hersteller. Alle Zimmer sind mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt zudem über einen Garten mit Terrasse. Diese lädt zum Sonnenbad ein.
