Traveling with a larger group? Its next-door neighbor, FC19, is also one of our rentals, making it easy for multiple families to stay side by side.
Inside, the open-concept layout features a modern, fully upgraded kitchen that flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas. The main dining table seats five, with room for four more at the bar, plus an additional table for four in the spacious lower-level bonus area—plenty of room to gather and dine together. For added comfort, mini-split AC units cool the upstairs bedrooms and living room, keeping the home perfectly comfortable during warmer months. Please note - the fireplace is decorative only and currently not available for guest use.
The main level includes two bedrooms—a king and a queen—along with two beautifully renovated bathrooms. The queen bedroom has its own private ensuite for added convenience. Downstairs, a large open space doubles as a second living area and game room, as well as an extra sleeping zone with two queen beds and direct walkout access to the backyard and ski trail.

Arrival and Departure
-Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out is at 11 AM.

Occupancy and Pets
-The total number of guests at the property must not exceed the number listed in the booking. A nightly extra guest fee may apply for guests above the standard occupancy up to the maximum number of allowable guests.
