Positive: The closeness to the metro station, the AC and the kitchen, although lacking in some base equipment (like salt)
Negative: there were COCKROACHES in our bathroom!! when we contacted the host about it they told us they would send a “technician” to resolve the problem and then on the next night we found MORE cockroaches. The host promised to reimburst our first night but so far we havent recieved any money. On top of that, the upstairs neighbours were extremely loud, clearly letting their children run around in the middle of the night. We had to go knock at their door on two separate occasions because the noise was unbearable and we couldn’t sleep. Other than that, our room did not have a mirror in the bathroom?? So we had to do things like shaving or putting in contacts in the hallway full-body mirror, which was super annoying. The apartment looked modern at first glance but everything was flimsy- the door handles were loose, the toilet paper holder kept falling and there was a really bad smell when we first came. Overall we were extremely disappointed, we came to celebrate our anniversary to Paris and we spent our nights killing cockroaches and confronting loud neighbours.
