Naturaki Can Roc is a fantastic farmhouse located on the outskirts of the town of Arenys de Empordà; surrounded by nature in the middle of the countryside in a privileged environment of calm. Only 20 minutes from the beaches, Banyoles, Figueres, Girona and Torremirona Golf. The stepped garden is a paradise of plants and flowers, where you can enjoy the sound of nature in its pure essence. The interior of the house is spacious and bright, making the perfect tandem between sobriety and simplicity.
On the ground floor we find the spacious and warm hall, with Catalan vaulted ceilings, which takes us on the right hand side towards the kitchen, which has an island that will delight the most “kitchens”. It has an open access to the large dining room table, which communicates with a bright living room with fireplace. On this same floor we also find a reading room, a bathroom with shower, a room with two beds and a games room. The whole house has heating and free WIFI.
On the first floor we find the main room - with access to the terrace - with double bed, dressing room and bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. We also find a first area with two connecting two-bed rooms and a bathroom with a bathtub, a second area with two rooms - one double and one with two single beds - with a bathroom with a bathtub, and a third area with two rooms Marriage and a bathroom with shower. All rooms have ceiling fans.
In the highest area of the house we find a magnificent bright loft chaired by a billiards and a rest area.
The extensive garden is a paradise of calm, where the pool and the chill out area are the protagonists. Below the outside area we find the large and practical construction barbecue with the table and the outdoor porch.
