Unser Haus "Casa Levant" wird Sie mit Sicherheit total begeistern! Es ist ein altes Stadthaus aus dem Jahr 1912, das 2014 mit hochwertigen Materialien komplett renoviert und mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet wurde, ohne dass der alte mallorquinische Charme verloren gegangen ist. Das klimatisierte Stadthaus besticht durch seine moderne und elegante Einrichtung. Die große Küche ist für 6 Personen großzügig mit Geschirr und allen elektrischen Geräten (Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Stabmixer, Heißluftfriteuse, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mixer,… ) ausgestattet, die sie zum Kochen benötigen.
Das gesamte Stadthaus umfasst eine Wohnfläche von insgesamt ca. 150 Quadratmetern, die sich über drei Etagen erstrecken. Ihnen steht das ganze Haus zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Das „Casa Levant“ verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer. Zwei der Schlafzimmer sind sehr groß und verfügen über Doppelbetten (180x200 cm). Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer ist etwas kleiner (Bett 140x200 cm). Alle Zimmer sind hell und freundlich eingerichtet und verfügen über allen Komfort (Klimaanlage, neue Fenster (2020), hochwertige Möbel und Kunstobjekte).
Auf der unteren Etage befinden sich Küche, Esszimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. In der ersten Etage befinden sich ein großes und das kleine Schlafzimmer. Ebenfalls dort finden sie ein großes Badezimmer mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche. Das dritte Schlafzimmer zweiten Etage. Dort finden Sie auch eine gemütliche Leseecke. Aus den oberen Fenstern können Sie die Burg Capdeperas sehen.
Ein weiterer Highlight des Hauses ist der sonnige Innenhof (Patio). Eine Kombination aus dem für Mallorca bekannten Maresstein und weißen Wänden bieten eine traumhafte Kulisse. In den Abendstunden wird der Innenhof durch eine atmosphärische Ilumination in Szene gesetzt. Abkühlung finden Sie in einem kleinen Pool, der in den lauen genau der richtige Ort zum Entspannen ist. Eine Außenessecke mit Esstisch, Gasgrill, Kohlegrill und Sonnenliegen runden den Außenbereich ab. Im Patio befinden sich eine Toilette und eine Abstellkammer. In der Abstellkammer befinden sich Waschmaschine und Trockner.
