Fantastic fully equipped apartment, 70 square meters plus two terraces, one of 10 meters and another with barbecue and solarium, of 18 square meters.
"American" type kitchen completely open to the dining room very comfortable and equipped.

Family and quiet community, with a great pool. It is less than 150 meters from the water of a beach between fine sand dunes. "La Platja del Grau", is ideal for surfing, paddle surfing and winsurfing, or simply sunbathe peacefully lying on the sand. Private parking space within the farm. Area included in the Natural Park Montgrí-Illes Medes. Walks between rice fields and abundant wildlife that delight young and old 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
It has a "Storage room" with surfboards, body surfing, paddle and bicycles completely free for our guests to enjoy the wonderful and healthy environment 100%!
