Casa Flores is a captivatingly gorgeous Ocean Front Condo with a huge terrace to enjoy fantastic sunrise sessions in the Mexican Caribbean. It is part of the Quinta Luna condo complex, a stylish building of modern Mexican design set in the best area of the Puerto Aventuras Residential Complex, near Playa del Carmen. The Quinta Luna complex boasts a great slice of white sand beach rimmed by warm, crystal-clear Caribbean waters. There is an elevator, an on-site air-conditioned workout room for guest use, a fabulous infinity pool, and tasteful sitting and lounging areas on the sand and around the pool.
Great attention to detail has been taken throughout the building and the units. Casa Flores is a short 15 – 20 minute walk to the village center. Golf carts are available in the village center for daily and weekly rental should you really want to spoil yourself.
Casa Flores is a simple yet very stylish second-floor condo offering spectacular indoor and outdoor living in a delightfully soothing atmosphere. The large, private terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the saltwater lagoon with shaded and sunny areas and a professional grill is a highlight that you'll surely enjoy.
The bright and airy rooms fitted with comfortable furnishings and accented with rich colors and natural materials such as marble, Talavera, and hardwood, ensure you enjoy a casually elegant stay.
The living room is very comfy with a sofa, a love seat, and two armchairs. Entertainment is provided by a smart TV and a DVD/CD player. Sliding glass doors open to that stunning terrace. The kitchen is open, bright, and fully functional, with everything one might need to prepare a simple snack or a multi-course meal. An elegant dining table with seating for 8 is conveniently located between the kitchen and living areas. Beautiful Mexican dishware compliments the table.
The Master bedroom has a King bed with a quality mattress and linens to ensure a restful sleep. A glass slider opens up to a sitting area on that beautiful terrace. The en-suite bathroom, with a large glass walk-in shower, is tastefully done in marble and tile.
The Guest bedroom is just as tastefully finished with cool Caribbean colors. It is conveniently set up to suit a variety of groups with a King bed and a Single day bed. A second bathroom with a combination bathtub shower is located just outside the Guest bedroom entrance door. This bathroom is finished with the same quality and class as the rest of the condo.
The real highlight of this beautiful condo is the enormous oceanfront terrace. With a fabulous professional gas grill, dining table with chairs, chaise lounges, and various sitting areas, both in the cool shade or basking in the sun.

Summary: I can't say enough about the location and views from this property. The terrace was incredible and without a doubt the main feature of this condo. The condo has been updated and is exactly as described and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Both bathrooms offered plenty of towels, including for the beach. My husband and I literally had the beach and pool areas to ourselves for the week. The walk to town is about 20 minutes, but it’s an easy walk with much of it in the shade. We had rain on at least two days of our stay but were fortunate to have a car and getting around was very easy. The property manager was responsive, but I did have some frustration when I arrived and still did not have a way to access the condo, although I had asked on at least two occasions before leaving home if there was a lock box or did I need to check-in with someone. I understand the property manager does not want to provide the code to the lock box prior to arrival, but I wish he had told me that other than saying nothing at all. Fortunately, after a few telephone calls I got through to him and was able to access the condo. This is a beautiful place and if you are staying in Puerto Aventuras, I highly recommend it.
