This perfect property is only a 5 minute drive away from the famous resort of "Ayia Napa" meaning only a few minutes away to Our beautiful crystal clear blue waters and white sandy Beaches. Just a short drive up the road takes you to the most Popular beach that Cyprus has to offer "Nissi Beach" amongst other amazing stunning beaches in the area. Ayia Napa itself has so much to offer with plenty of shops, bars, night clubs, restaurants and much more.
Our spacious 3 bedroom holiday home has been nicely decorated with welcoming happy bright colours giving you that holiday feeling.
As entering through the gated property you will just love the spacious attractive garden and its very own private swimming pool. The swimming pool measures 4 meters x 8 and has easy access with built in steps at the shallow end of the pool, steel step ladder at the deep end. The depth of pool reaches at the deep end approximately 1 meter 60 and the shallow end approximately 0.60. The large garden does not only offers you your very own private swimming pool but plenty of sun beds, covered dining table and chairs, comfy sofa and chairs to chill out, outside shower, children's toys and not forgetting that holiday must.....a built BBQ ready for that alfresco dining !
After your lovely lunch/dinner you will find a few mountain bikes on offer just in case you fancy a small ride down to the stunning fishing harbor of Potomos.
The Villa, on entering into a very bright and happy large open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area we have on offer:

On the first floor there are three large bedrooms leading off the landing with a good size balcony, ensuite and main bathroom.
