Make your way to this beautiful and well-maintained, seven-bedroom home in the Wind over Waves Community on Hatteras Island. Located just one lot back from the sound front, which provides stunning sunset views and easy access to the boat ramp, this spacious home is ideally situated for those here to windsurf, kiteboard, or take their small boats out on the water. Inside, you'll find an open great room on the top-floor with a well-equipped, full kitchen with counter seating, a massive dining table for up to a dozen guests, and a sunlit living area with a flatscreen TV and sliding door access out to one of the wraparound decks. On the bottom floor, this home has a game room with a pool table plus a home theater with comfortable seating, a game table, and a wet bar. Outside, Breathe Easy has a large yard for the kids to play as well as a private pool, gas grill, horseshoe pit, volleyball net, and a hot tub on the mid-level deck.
For sleeping arrangements, this home offers an incredible seven bedrooms including a top-floor main suite with a private bath and access out to the deck, four bedrooms on the middle-level, all with en suite baths, and two additional bedrooms on the lower-level including a colorful, kid-friendly bunk room.

Summary: There aren't enough words to describe the level of perfect that this property was for me and my family. Everything was clean, in great condition, comfortable accommodations, the level of organized exceeds my expectations, there are so many games/puzzles to keep us busy. The view was astounding, the sunsets from the balcony unrivaled, the neighborhood was quiet, and in close proximity to so many things. I would 100% come back year after year!
