5 Bedroom House with View, Bedding and Kitchen
Welcome to Crystal Waters Oasis. This retro 60's beach retreat with private pool is centrally located to the best beaches and dining. Come relax in this serene space or take a splash in the private pool. This home boasts plenty of activities for all ages to include its own arcade system. We offer beach and pool equipment, as well as fishing poles for our visiting anglers. Every room is equipped with smart TV's with guest log-in capability for your streaming services, smart charging docks and in home free Wi-Fi. We are approximately 10 minutes from the beach. Our home is large enough for two families to share or for a multi-generational family. We look forward to hosting you!
House Rules:
1. Please secure pool toys after use (storage room attached to shed houses all outdoor equipment)
2. If you use the grill please clean it. There will be a $50 fee from the cleaning company if you do not.
3. Please no outside shoes in the house. We like to keep the floors and rugs nice and clean for everyone.
4. No pets unless pre-approved with host.
5. No smoking or vaping in home.
6. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
7. Children under 14 need supervision near and in pool at all times. Swim at your own risk.
8. No loud noise or music after 10pm.
9. No food or drinks in bedrooms or on living room furniture.
10. Take trash out on Monday's and Thursday. You may leave cans at the road.
11. Please do not damage furnishings. Notify host of any broken items. Guest will be charged.
12. Please turn a/c up to 74 upon leaving the home. Please do no set air lower than 68.
13. Please do not take pool towels to the beach.
14. No parties.
15. All guests must be registered with host. No unregistered guests on premises after 9pm. Each additional guest over agreed amount (up to 10 guests total) will be charged an additional $50/day. Any guests over the 10 guest occupancy limit will be asked to vacate the premises. Failure to cooperate with this rule will result in all guests being asked to leave without reimbursement.
Check-out Procedures:
1. Strip all sheets and pillowcases off of beds. Leave comforters, throw blankets and pillows on beds.
2. Wash all dirty dishes.
3. Secure all outdoors amenities, place cover on grill, clean grill is used, place all beach and pool items in storage room.
4. Take out all trash.
5. Make sure all doors and windows are locked.
6. Any personal belongings left on site will be mailed to guest at guest's expense.
7. Place all used dirty towels in bathtub.
