Very nice ground floor house 132 sqm fully equipped with every comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning in 2 bedrooms, barbecue, etc.), on a plot of 1400 sqm.
Two large bed rooms of 16sqm each and one of 12 sqm.
The house was classified 4 stars early summer 2017 by "Clasée meublé de Tourisme".
Quiet, green and pleasant terrace, no line of sight from neighbours.
Outside: thyme, laurel and rosemary are available in the garden .
To entertain adults and children on site:
private wood pool 4 X 6m, large trampoline 3.60 m in diameter, swings / slide.
Possibility of board games. Bed linnen and towels are provided.

25mn from the beaches of Sainte Maxime, St Raphael or Frejus and less than an hour from Lake St. Croix, return by the Verdon to enjoy the beautiful scenery and Provencal villages of the Var hinterland.
Visit Saint Tropez by taking a 15 min boat shuttle from Sainte Maxime. The best solution easy and stress free. To do absolutely!
Golf lovers, you are close (10 min) to the Golf of Saint Endreol (La Motte), 20min to the Golf of Roquebrune sur Argens, 25 min to the Golf of Sainte Maxime. You are near to the tennis courts of Trans en Provence and Draguignan.The next train station is at 8 kilometer distance at Les Arcs/Draguignan. You can visit various parks, attractions and do lovely walks in the area.
