You will find a lovely bright and fresh kitchenette with sink and bar fridge, lounge area with TV and comfy lounges and full glass windows and doors to outside. Relax under the veranda and take in the fabulous water and bird life views.
Bedroom One has a queen bed with loads of cupboard space, glass doors to outside and beautiful views of the river and marina. There is a very luxurious ensuite bathroom including a spa bath, vanity, separate shower and toilet with heat lighting.
On this level is the laundry with washing machine and access to outside, and also a separate second toilet.
Upstairs:
Up the timber staircase is a modern spacious kitchen fitted out with a double sink, an electric oven and cook top.
There is a fridge, pantry, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and an abundance of bench space.
The living area with large TV and chaise lounge is open plan with floor to ceiling glass doors to the tiled balcony with outdoor setting. The dining area has a large table and seating for 8 people.
