Summary: After hearing a lot of negative comments about this place I was apprehensive at first. On arrival we were greeted by fantastic staff, pleasant and friendly. It was a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was fine, the rooms were fine but yes the place could do with a bit of a refurb and some money spending to update the place. The hotel really did go above and beyond for our family.
