Summary: The floors are very dirty , getting off the elevator on the second floor there was a msss on the carpet to the left and a scent would hit you right as you get off ! The floors leading to the room was dirty and needs to be vaccumed and shampooed. Our room was no better , we saw Rice Krispies treat wrappers in the drawers , and the bathroom shower floor was very dirty ! The hotel needs better housekeeping service. ! Was definitely not what we expected for the money ! Also we called the night before check out and ask if we could check out 1 hour later and the guy told us yes we’re all set ! Next morning housekeeper was knocking and I told her , then the front desk lady called sounded upset even though I told her the guy who worked the night before told us it was okay ! Not very accommodating. We ended up leaving before the one hour and waited in the lobby
