Positive: Very clean, friendly owner
Negative: No air condition when the tempereture was 35 degree celicius and must open the windows, unfortunatly alots of noise from airplain pass each 3 minutes . The line of landing airport pass directly at top this location and plain are close to the earth! Not possible to sit outside or open the window for long time. Very noisy.
Summary: Very good building but not good for hot seasion.
