Summary: We chose this property for its size and its permission to hold gatherings, as a number of us were traveling to the area for a small family wedding. The groom's entire family was able to sleep on the premises and we were also able to hold the (small) wedding reception there. Beds were comfortable and everyone had plenty of private space. The kids loved the game room and the pool/hot tub. Arlene was a great communicator and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, even dropping a few items off for us to make our stay more enjoyable. I do think the casita (smaller guesthouse) could use a little work. The kitchen is completely bare, rendering it unusable, and it has an undone, rustic feel to it. Bringing it up to standards with the main house would really push this listing over the top!
