Can Vives is a fifteenth century villa of 720 sqm built on a plot of 1900 sqm fully restored with large spaces and private pool (8x4 m). It is located on the Costa del Maresme, 2 km. from the beach and 25 km. from Barcelona.
The house has four double bedrooms, two quadruple bedrooms, three bathrooms, two toilets and two large terraces. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, two living rooms and a spacious dining room.
The functional kitchen of 40 sqm is located under a large stone arch, combining centuries-old walls and modernity, and it is equipped with everything needed for 16 people. From the kitchen there is an exit to the porch with a summer dining room and lounge with barbecue, connecting with a beautiful IX century chapel located within the property.
This unique property is ideal for holidays and family and friends gatherings and relaxing stays.
It has great privacy but if activity is wished the distances are very short: beach (5 minutes), Barcelona (30 minutes), Gerona and Costa Brava (1 hour), La Roca Village (15 minutes), Forest Adventure (30 minutes), Golf (15 minutes).

Summary: First of all, the house and property are exactly as appears in the photos. Everything was fantastic. And to top it off, our host Gemma along with Manel and Ariadna were incredible. They were so helpful with arranging transportation, helping with dinner reservations, and anything else they could do to make our stay more enjoyable. It made it just like home. It was all we could have wished for.
