Eugene Cottage: Nature, Wineries, and UofO | Cottage in Eugene, OR

Our small cottage is located just south of Eugene in the middle of nature and near all of the hiking trails, wineries, and bike routes. We are less than a 10-minute drive from restaurants, shops, and 14 minutes from the University of Oregon.
This little cottage is set up like a studio with an open floor plan. It is tucked into the trees right off of Lorane Hwy. You will have private access and use of space. The door is set up with a code lock, so independent check-in is easy!
We are in the middle of renovating the entire space so there are some quirks about the space.
We offer guests free wifi (70Mbps). There is also a tv (for streaming only, no cable).
Bedroom
The bedroom includes one queen size bed, extra pillows and blankets. The bedroom also includes a TV that has a Roku for streaming Netflix, Youtube, Hulu, etc. (guests are responsible to sign in/out of their personal accounts)
Kitchen
The Cottage kitchen is equipped with just the basics as we are growing our collection of kitchen tools for this space. This includes: Pots, Pans, Cooking Utensils, Mini Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Rice Cooker, Stove/Oven, Baking Dishes, Bowls, Cups, and Wine Glasses. There is also a small stash of coffee, tea, and pasta.
If you need access to any other kitchen supplies, please feel free to reach out and request them, we may be able to provide them to you from our home kitchen. :)
Bathroom
This bathroom is set up with a full-sized shower including one bottle of body wash soap. Plenty of towels, and toilet paper are stocked. Note: the toilet has a privacy curtain hanging up. (See pictures)
Living Room
The living room is small and modest with some books, a futon couch, and a desk to work at.
NOTE: There is NO CELL RECEPTION at the cottage. There is extremely reliable high-speed fiber-optic wifi for streaming, working, and wifi calling.

1. In the event of damage or an accident on the premises, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may assist you. We are here to help and want your stay to be great. If anything is damaged please communicate this to us.
2. Please follow all cleaning instructions posted in the Cottage to help us keep the space clean
3. Please remove your shoes once you enter the Cottage to help keep the floors clean.
4. No smoking permitted inside. (An additional cleaning fee for damage or smoking may apply)
When you arrive you may use the code we provide for you to enter your private cottage. You may park your car right in front of the cottage. (If there will be more than one vehicle, please let us know so we can arrange for extra parking space.
We are available most of the time in our home located on the property as well and can be reached by messaging or knocking on the door for any of your needs.

There are many hiking trails nearby including, Blanton Ridge Trailhead that connects to the larger network of the Spencer Butte trail network.

Cleaning Guidelines

3. Please remove your shoes once you enter the Cottage to help keep the floors clean.
4. No smoking permitted inside. This is a NON-SMOKING home. A minimum $250 cleaning fee will be assessed if there is any evidence of smoking in the home. Smoking is allowed in the yard or patio; however, the charge will be applied if cigarette butts are not removed and disposed of safely in an outdoor trash bin. (there is one located up the stairs by our red shop. go up the stairs and to the right)
5. No pets allowed (a minimum $200 fee is applied for pets or evidence of pets)
6. Trash: If your trash exceeds the capacity of the bin, please DO NOT stack trash around the bin. Please notify us of the extra garbage and we will assist you in where to place the extra bag. There is a $25 charge per bag for leaving trash outside the bin without notifying us.
7. Furniture and Decor
Please make sure to move all furniture back to it’s orginal location if you moved any.
General Guidelines
- Parking is directly in front of the Cottage. Please do not park in front of host vehicles. If you need additional parking please let us know. :)
- Please stay out of the garage and backroom space in the cottage. These are for host access only.
- Please make sure all windows and the front door is shut when you are not at the cottage.
- A small plug in heater is available in the Cottage.
