THE SPACE:
Iggy’s Oasis is your perfect retreat on Galveston’s historic East End. After a day on The Strand, or on Stewart’s Beach, or just laying around your private heated pool, or devouring a BBQ brisket you cooked on the patio, it’s time to come inside and chill. As you step indoors, you and your two fur babies - no weight limit, because big dogs deserve love too - are greeted by an open-concept living room with a large smart TV. Enjoy meals at the dining table, with the fully equipped kitchen nearby, offering all the amenities to make a foodie feel right at home.
When it’s time to get some much needed rest, the master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, smart TV and a luxurious spa-style bathroom. The whirlpool tub and shower also does steam and full body jets for some serious unwinding. A second bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a desk for remote work, with access to a full-size bathroom on the ground level featuring a stand-alone shower, ideal for sharing with other guests.
Upstairs, the loft is a kids’ paradise, complete with a game room that has a foosball table, modular sectional sofa with Bluetooth speakers and Smart TV with Xbox. Iggy’s outdoor space is truly a private oasis. Relax in the heated lagoon-style pool, featuring a tanning ledge and waterfall with in-water seating for ultimate comfort. Surrounding the pool are Hibiscus and Banana trees. An umbrella shaded table and chairs are right next to the pool to sit, dry off, have drinks or snack. An outdoor shower is for your convenience too.
The entire property is ringed with a tall privacy fence. Additionally, the pool is secured with a 4 ft pet safe metal fence and child safety lock for added safety of guests and their pets.
Foodie’s will enjoy the BBQ island outside. There is a Big Green Egg for smoking, a KitchenAid grill for grilling, a preparation table and a table with chairs to manage the cook while enjoying a drink. The full kitchen is right nearby too.

INSPECTION:
The home is inspected prior to check-in by the assigned General Manager, who activates the locks for the Guest(s) and documents the home with photos to show how it is turned over for your upcoming stay. The Host has the right to inspect the Premises with prior notice, as per State law. Should the Guest violate any of the terms of this Agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. The Guest waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guest shall vacate the Premises at the expiration time and date of this Agreement.
