We have a free parking spot at the back alley if you arrive by car, or you can take the bus in front of the house to commute. Bus direct routes to Downtown, Kildonan Place, Regent Ave Henderson hwy, U.of.M, U.of.W, etc.
We are a minute away from Transcona Golf Course, Club Regent, strip malls, and restaurants, 3 minutes away from Kildonan Place, and 15 minutes to downtown.
This is a bungalow house with the owner living upstairs. You will hear some walking noise in certain areas, but other than that, we guarantee you will have 100% privacy during your short-term stay.

Our place is 5 minutes off Highway 1, near the busy Club Regent Casino area with shopping malls, businesses, and restaurants. Having said that, the house is located in a quiet neighborhood.
It is a safe neighborhood, but we still recommend locking your car doors and bringing your bikes inside the yard.
Bus stops are on Pandora and Regent. Westbound buses can take you to Kildonan Place, Downtown, UofW, UofM, Henderson Highway, etc.
Winnipeg has both Uber and the traditional taxi.
