The location couldn’t be more perfect for the Beach Lover, and those that love to explore the night life. Enter Sandman is just a short walk away from one of the best nightlife spots in South Haven, Captain Lou’s; and just a couple of more minutes away from the heart of downtown SoHa. Captain Lou’s has one of the best perch baskets in town. They have a great menu, stiff drinks and a great beer selection. At night, the bar comes to life - with singing, cheers, laughter and dancing.
For a quieter night, a long walk down the reconstructed pier is highly recommended; especially when the sun is ready to set on the horizon. North Beach is a perfect place to sit and watch the sunset, but for a more private showing of all the beauty and color Mother Nature will exhibit, the upper deck is a more private venue. The upper level deck is also a great spot to serve a romantic dinner...just saying.
For the Grill Master, this backyard is open and breathable, allowing creativity to influence the grill and the dinner choices. Being located right on North Beach, Charter Fishing Companies are located right down at the harbor - making it easier to bring home a fresh catch to throw on the grill and make a delicious meal of. Captain Tony of Lured Inn Charters, for example, is Coast Guard certified, and has a 33 foot Trojan Sports Fisher, the largest Charter around that is also handicap accessible. He also is a great host, with 10 years of experience as a Captain of his own boat, that will find you your favorite in-season game fish.
The kitchen has so much counter space that all your goodies from farm fresh, free range eggs to the boxes of chocolates and olive oils will be able to share the space without inhibiting the work space of the Gourmet Chef of your Tribe. The work space in the kitchen is a great little space to research a recipe or chop and dice all the fresh veggies from the Farmers Market.
The dining area is one of the most incredible spots in the house - full of light and energy and clearly the focal point of this home.
