Enjoy an ocean block stay in the top unit of this big, beautiful, Beach Haven duplex. 3rd house from beach entrance, Unit 2 of 233 Merivale features a large roof deck with views of sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the bay. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully stocked kitchen including Coffee pot that brews pot or single cup. The living/dining room with 75 inch tv plus 2 private decks offer plenty of space to relax between a day at the beach and night on the town. There is no "through" traffic on Merivale Ave. making the short walk to and from house and beach safe for all. 3 bedrooms including 1 king, 2 full, and 2 twin bunks provide plenty of sleeping space. 2 FULL bathrooms are equipped with hand soap, hand towel and hair dryer. Enjoy lunch on the deck, sun bathe on the roof deck or kick back with high speed the WIFI and central AC after a fun filled day on the beach. Lenny&Johns deli and Boardwalk Ice-cream are both on our block. Pickle ball courts one street away. Center of town is less than a mile.
