Summary: Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was the city trash can was full and the fence by the front door was broken. The seal at the bottom of the front door had a noticeable gap and we had small criters and moths indside the house. The home was cute however paint and carpet need work, and a lot of dusting and window cleaning. Both the couches were filthy. There are no tvs in any rooms but the Master and it didnt work at all. For familes that are staying for a extended time, there isnt a washer or dryer. El paso is hot! I would recommend adding more home touces such as extra linen, towels, tvs that work! And maybe some board games to allow families to enjoy being inside the home.
