Summary: We stayed at the Embassy Suites for a family trip, and unfortunately, our experience was far from ideal. While check-in went smoothly at first, things quickly took a turn. We asked for three room keys since there were three adults in our party who would need independent access. Only one key actually worked. When we asked for replacements, we were told the machine was down and they’d bring them later—but that never happened. It didn’t make much sense, especially since one key had already been successfully made. Upon entering the room, we noticed right away that the toilet paper roll was nearly empty. Knowing there were five of us staying in the room, we requested extra towels and toilet paper early on. It took four separate requests and until nearly 11:00 p.m. to finally receive them ( we checked in around 4:30). That kind of delay just isn't acceptable, especially for basic necessities. On a positive note, breakfast was great—probably the highlight of our stay. But the rooms themselves were in need of some serious updates. Our bathtub was heavily discolored, and both bed headboards were falling apart. It didn’t feel like the standard we expected from an Embassy Suites. Overall, the lack of responsiveness from staff and the condition of the room made for a frustrating stay. We’d recommend looking elsewhere unless you’re only coming for the breakfast.
