Summary: Neighbours to right and left are Floridians, people who live there. Excellent respectful people who we interacted with briefly but were kind and helpful. We opted for the optional extra pool heat AND this year we really needed it. After a small problem was identified it was fixed within 24 hrs and never let us down . We really liked the smaller pool size and the hot hot water that it offered. The kitchen appliences are dated but work flawlessly and the refrigerator was super good making lots of ice cubes and keeping everything fresh. We only slept on one bed and it was the king master which we found perfect. We travel with our own bedding and pillows. The towels provide by the home were excellent. Home is in a good neighborhood with cameras mounted on some street lights and we liked this as we felt safe at all time . There are beautiful healthy trees on the property and one is right over the driveway. Just 5 min down the hwy is a new Waterword Carwash that for the first month gives you unlimited carwashed for 27.00. So the little sap that comes off the tree at different seasons is a non issue and nice to have. We liked the small private backyard with afternoon sun on the large part of the patio and shaded most of the time. If you want more sun , you can sit in another part of the backyard and get it from early in the morning all day long AND under the screened cage! Wifi was flawless and we only used one of the 3 or 4 TV’s available . It worked great for our Netflix viewing.
