The space
Aquátika is a gated community of private apartments; it's not a resort, although it offers amenities reminiscent of one. It boasts five swimming pools, a basketball, tennis, and volleyball court, a playground, beautiful gardens, direct beach access, and 24-hour security.
Once you enter the complex, our apartment is one of the few buildings facing north, providing excellent ventilation throughout the day. To reach the apartment, you must go up to the second-floor unit, which makes it perfect for greater privacy while still enjoying elevated views.
Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious living room, dining area, and an open kitchen with a balcony overlooking a beautiful pool and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience and enjoyment. The apartment also includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry area cleverly tucked into one of the hallway closets.

Guest access
The Apartment has two parking spaces at no additional cost, near the apartment. We recommend that you rent a car. Taxis and "share ride" services must be arranged several hours in advance. We can put you in contact with a taxi driver, but the rented car is always the best option.

Note:
1. Aquatika Condominium has a strict access control policy to the facilities and NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. The maximum number of names/guests allowed per stay is 8. Please make sure that your number of guests on the reservation matches the number of names that are sent. Once the names are sent to Management, no changes or additions are allowed.
2. After Hurricane Maria in 2017, PR's electrical system is still unstable. Power outages may occur during your stay. It is usually restored in a couple of hours or less. We want you to make an informed decision, but don't let this stop you from giving us the opportunity to host you. In the small chance that this happens during your stay, enjoy the experience, disconnect from technology and connect with nature and a totally local experience.
3. For your stay we offer some bathroom and kitchen items to start your vacation. It is the guest's responsibility to replenish these items as they become depleted during their stay.
4. The beach access gate opens at 8:00 am until dark.
