Positive: El Establo is nicely decorated and very comfortable, the rooms have lots of space and everything needed to recharge after a day of hiking and exploring the area and national park. The breakfast is simple but sufficient, and the staff at the hosteria very friendly and accommodating. Their help made all the difference!
Negative: The management (the reception desk), the WhatsApp account used to give instructions and deal with the stay, was not appropriately responsive and seemed to be disconnected from addressing the needs of the guests. They said they would be there for check in, they were not; they said to go through a red door, there was not a red door but a pink unmarked door; there was not heat in a night when the temperatures dropped to 5oC and they refused to deal with it, which meant the cold would wake you up; regardless, they would show up and bang your door one hour before check out to process the room charge. This is unfortunate, and hopefully the ownership will deal with it soon, the place has great potential to be one of the most wonderful stays in Puerto Natales!
