Affordable 3-level home built in 1962 with 1958 SF living space and plenty of parking. Sleeps 12 comfortably in beds and up to 16 or 18 with air mattresses. The 2 bedrooms on the main floor are private while the 2 bedrooms upstairs have queen beds and twins in each room. The home is comfortable and cozy with beautiful views from the living room, dining room, and porch and the two bedrooms on the top floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. There is also a propane BBQ on the porch for your outdoor cooking. (please note that we do not supply propane tanks).
It is just a few steps to the beach with a fire pit.
You will not have access to the bottom floor unit. You will have access to the washer/dryer unit that is located on the bottom floor.
