Edgewater 701 has two full bedrooms and bathrooms and sleeps up to 7 guests. When you enter, your eyes are immediately drawn OUT towards the floor to ceiling views of the endless ocean, sparkling pools and green grounds. Enjoy these views from the oversized balcony with large slider doors in both the living room and master. Unwind here with a drink while the sun sets and the day comes to a close.
In the living room cuddle up under a large throw blanket for movie night, grab a book to read, or host a game night around the dining table that seats six! The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with all the essentials the chef in the family needs to create their masterpiece. If you’re less inclined to cook, just enjoy the 2-in-1 coffee maker that allows you to make an entire carafe or individual K-cups for your morning pick-me-up!
Relax in the spacious king master with en suite bath that boasts a large tub/shower and double sinks. Snuggle into the cozy bedding where you can still enjoy the views! The guest room has a queen and twin bed for flexible sleeping arrangements with an adjacent hall bath.
There are endless opportunities for fun right on the grounds. Edgewater has a beautiful PRIVATE white sugar sand beach, two lagoon style pools with waterfall (one is heated seasonally), kiddie pool, large hot tub, seasonal Tiki Bar for drinks and snacks, children's playground, basketball, shuffleboard, outdoor gas grills, large green space and state of the art fitness center! We are pleased to offer free chair service that includes 1 umbrella and 2 chairs seasonally (March - October).

Whether you want to do it ALL, or do nothing at all, this is your place. From the moment you arrive you’re home...in paradise.
Due to restrictions placed by the resort association:
You must be 25+ years old to book and one of the guests staying.
No pets are permitted.
No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony. There are designated smoking areas located at the resort that can be used.
You must complete the Rental Agreement (available from our direct reservation web site)and submit a valid government-issued photo ID.
Thank you for booking your next vacation with us -- email, call, or text with questions. 7-night min. stays are Saturday to Saturday only. Monthly rentals are generally from the 1st to the last day of the month, but exceptions may be possible (contact us prior to booking).
Note, upon booking, we will separately send you the rental agreement for e-signature or a regularsignature. This is required along with a copy of your government-issued photo ID to complete your reservation.
We update availability for this property daily. In the event there is an overlap of dates requested across two pending inquiries, we accept the first that has chosen to proceed withbooking, not first to inquire.

Summary: Perfect location - quiet, beautiful, and conveniently located. John and Kalan were wonderful to work with. After we arrived, John called to make sure everything was going well. The private beach has a wonderful beach service. My only complaint is the lounge chair on the balcony. It is rusted out and unusable. Other than that, everything was great.
