Arrowtown is a small, safe and slow paced township. This house is within walking distance of the historical Arrowtown village, shops, library, museum, eateries and pubs. It has everything a family needs for all seasons.
This home is small and clean. The Master bedroom has a small ensuite with shower and toilet. Bunks are in one room and a single bed in the other. There is a laundry with washing machine and drier.
There is a trampoline on the front lawn for kids and plenty of things to do in the area.
A 4 burner BBQ is available for use also.
There is a loving cat who lives here also - she won't bother you unless you want company.
Arrowtown is surrounded by world class walking and cycling tracks of varying degrees of difficulty from easy to challenging.
During the summer the Arrowtown public outdoor swimming pool is open and is a walk down the road. Alternatively the kids can swim in the Arrow river and swing on the rope swing at the local swimming hole. all within walking distance.
If you like nature then the bird chorus' in the morning and evenings from the surrounding hills and the local Tuis that regularly visit.
Visit the museum and the historic Chinese gold mining village. During winter you'll even find an ice rink near the river used by locals.
If you prefer sport then play golf at the Arrowtown or Millbrook golf courses or active mountain biking on the surrounding tracks.
There are trout in the Arrow river or try fishing in the nearby lakes. A J Hackett bungy jump is either a cycle away or 10 minute drive.
