Positive: Staff hospitality manager Ian was so attentive to our requests. The front desk staff always have. Smile on their face. The cleanliness, the location

Negative: Ahhh we stayed there total of ten days including three nights at Lubi The only complain we have is we have to call the housekeeping to clean our rooms that’s including my sister who stayed there too We’re gone for the day and it’s almost late afternoon One excuse was they were full and busy !!! The second time my husband has to call twice Anyways they came right away but I think multiple times is quite not good
