A beautiful view of the Columbia River and the golden mountains of Orondo awaits at this two-story home in Sun Cove. Whether you spend your days boating, swimming, or playing tennis, you'll delight in coming home to your very own putting green and a spacious, shaded deck overlooking the water.
Here in the riverfront community of Sun Cove, you'll enjoy access to all sorts of fantastic amenities. There's an outdoor pool, tennis courts, a boat launch and marina, a playground, and a clubhouse with Ping-Pong, foosball, and pool tables. (Please note that boat slips are not available to guests; you must remove your boat at day's end and park it in the driveway.) When you're ready to get out and explore, Lake Chelan (15 miles) and a wide variety of great wineries are close by.
Inside the house, you'll marvel at how the sunlight streams in through skylights and walls of windows. The bright, open floor plan features new luxury vinyl plank flooring, updated furnishings and decor, and striking views of the river and mountains. The main living space upstairs brings together a well-appointed kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a TV (with cable and streaming capability).
After a barbecue dinner and a gorgeous sunset on the deck, retreat indoors to find two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs - all with TVs. Central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.
