With two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and plenty of room to gather, this suite is perfect for families or friends looking to stay close to the Strand and Cruise terminals. SUITE IS LOCATED IN A SHARED HOME.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed
● Parking: There is room for 2 vehicles on the street. Street parking only. Must display permit provided in house. A $250 fee will be charged for any lost permits.

Two inviting bedrooms provide restful spaces for your entire party: one with a king bed, and another with a full-over-queen bunk and twin/twin trundle bed. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds extra flexibility.

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
