The William Downie Manor, site of Downieville's first house (1849) is a newly constructed, large 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home overlooking the Downie River. Large kitchen with granite tile, stainless steel appliances. Dining and bar seating. Living room has sleeper sofa. Master bath spa tub and granite shower. Private upper deck, front deck seating area and BBQ. Sleeps up to 10 persons comfortably, but at this time we are only allowing 6 per night. Located within walking distance to town center.
