Summary: We were traveling, I had asked if there was a self Laundry room to do our dirty laundry. I was told Yes, We got there and asked where it is. They we were told there was non. I was quite upset. There is only 1 chair in the room and we had 2 adults. 1 had to sit on the bed. I went to use the hand lotion it was empty. I had a handicap room. If I was in a wheelchair I could not get passed the bed and desk. These are some suggestions. I was told years ago this was an upstanding Hotel. Well I think it has gone down the hill from all the people that staird there over the years. I will now update them all that it not as good as it was. The staff was great I will say that. We stay at Hotels all over the United States so I have been a cridit for years. Please excuse some of my spelling., I have had a stroke and my brain is still healing so spelling is not at it best at this moment. Thank you for your time. I just hope this helped.
