Hello and welcome!Our small, family-run, cozy guesthouse is located directly on the shores of the idyllic Walchsee. Embedded in the picturesque mountains of Tyrol, the calming view of the lake lets you quickly forget everyday life. Immerse yourself in our oasis of relaxation, unwind and escape the hectic pace of our time!The variety of sports and recreation options will also take your wishes into account. You can recharge your batteries and recharge your batteries on wonderful hikes, leisurely mountain and bike tours or a relaxing round of golf at one of the fantastic golf courses. If you love sport, we recommend a breathtaking mountain bike tour through the surrounding mountains, a sweaty tennis match or take advantage of the countless water sports on Lake Walchsee. Our well-kept sunbathing lawn and the in-house bathing jetty, which is only 20 meters away, enable you to enjoy a carefree bathing day. In winter you can climb one of Austria's outstanding cross-country skiing areas directly at the house - over 125 km of classic and skating trails (some with snow-making capabilities) are available. The Unterberg in the neighboring village of Kössen (the entire downhill slope is covered with snow) and the Zahmer Kaiser in Walchsee offer you a varied and snow-sure ski area with 20 gondola and chair lifts, tow and baby lifts for beginners and advanced, children and adults. You can reach both lifts in a few minutes with the free ski bus - the stop is only approx. 50 m away from our pension. In the Kaiserwinkl area, 80 km of winter hiking trails are prepared, there are several toboggan runs with hut fun and ice rinks in Walchsee and Kössen. Morning has gold in your mouth - we will spoil you with a rich breakfast on our sunny terrace or in our cozy breakfast room.
