This luxury home nestled between two private lakes on 27 wooded acres in Athens Texas is roughly an hour from both Dallas and Tyler. The property offers an escape into East Texas countryside. The space
Dos Lagos offers spacious living and dining areas with picturesque views, as well as outdoor seating and recreation spaces, provide plenty of room for your group to come together. While we encourage you to unplug and enjoy the views, the large office allows room for multiple people to work while escaping the bustle of the city. The Olympic style swimming pool, tennis and pickleball court, fire pit, theater setup, tree houses, two lakes and trails all located within our private gates ensures every guest will enjoy their time at Dos Lagos.
The main house is a single level home with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths with a sleeper sofa in the office. There is plenty of space for people to congregate and meals to be shared.
The guest house is a short 30 feet away with a private bedroom and bathroom. The common space offers an additional sleeper sofa as well as pool table and theater setup. The back patio overlooks the gated swimming pool allowing you direct access.
