Early check-in - any guest wanting to check in before the scheduled check-in time (4 pm) will be charged a $75.00 early check-in fee. if you need extra keys, there's an additional fee of $10.00 per key, check-out: 10:00 am, late check-out – any guest inquiring about late check-out has to check availability with the front desk first. if late check-out is available, there will be an additional charge of $75.00, pets are not allowed (service animals are welcome and are exempt from fees). violation shall be grounds for immediate eviction. guests will forfeit all rent paid and be liable for at least a $250 flea spray and cleaning charge, 100% non-smoking resort, including electronic cigarets. smoking outside the designated area is prohibited and will be subject to a $250 fine, toiletries items– upon arrival, dolphin run will supply toilet paper in all bathrooms. trash bags in all trash cans. paper towels in the kitchen. guests are responsible for any other toiletries, each condominium has one reserved parking space. for additional vehicles, we recommend the parking lot at the 9th street city garage. the city operates seven municipal parking lots and two garages at the oceanfront. all locations and yards accept major credit and debit cards, construction notice: balcony repairs are scheduled to take place from march- december 2024. noise/dust and balcony closures are possible during your stay.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Positive: Luckily there was a guard watching the camera to let us inside to check-in and pick up the keys.
Negative: There is a code for the front door but when I sent the host an inquiry I received no response. During our stay with 8 people we had to inconvenience the person/guard at the desk to gain access to the building before being able to go to our room. There were stains (almost looking like "woman" stains) on many of the bedspreads and chair cushions in the master suite, as well as, stains on the extra blankets and bedspreads in the closets. I would not stay in this unit again (407). We have stayed in other units here and had a good experience. Parking is always a challenge as the parking lot is very tight and you only receive 1 parking permit thus if you have guests, they have to park at public parking lots (there is a parking lot on 9th Street which is a 4 block walk).
Summary: It was okay, glad we were only staying for 3 days, our suite had definitely been well used.
