This 5 bedroom 3 Bath House has ample sleeping options for every type of family/friend gathering and provides parking for several vehicles.
The floor plan layout is very balanced; the family room, kitchen, and game / TV room are on the Main Floor and 3 bedrooms are located on the Top floor. This makes for easy sleep for the early birds, that need a good nights sleep, and no worries for the night owls that like to stay up and visit with friends.
The heated pool with hot tub measures 40'x 16' and ranges in depth from 3' to 5'. There is a Tiki hut right at pool side for visiting and lounging, Canal Side Beach Tiki for the "Sand-Lovers" and a gas fire pit for your nighttime enjoyment.

Our landscaping was designed for those looking for privacy and seclusion at there own private "Oasis" in the Keys. this is truly set up for total relaxation in mind
3 Ocean Kayaks for your Mangrove Exploring right out front/minutes from Sombrero Beach and Bahia Honda State Park /Beach. Minutes by boat the "Sombrero Reef" (The Home of North America's Only Living Coral Barrier Reef, And The Third Largest Coral Barrier Reef in the World!!!!!!!)! for Amazing snorkeling or diving.......... and fishing, of course, literally only a 5 minute idle out the canal to open water "Ocean" side.
Every bedroom is equipped with flat-screen TVs. There is a game room with 50 inch TV and futon sofa.
Huge 115' x 8' Dock ( approx 90' usable as my boat/ lift is located at far end on dock) with 3-freshwater wash-down stations and electric giving plenty of dock for your boat.
