CANCELLATION POLICY
Festive Season: December 18 – January 8, 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. All reservations during this period are non-refundable.
Non-Festive Season: A 100% refund is provided for cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in. Cancellations made 30–60 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Summary: If you have the opportunity to book a stay at Villa Anguillitta do not hesitate. This is by far one of the most remarkable properties I have ever rented and I truly hope to return soon. All the bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with lovely en-suite bathrooms. There is a gym, a library, a large hot tub, an infinity pool, an outdoor bathroom with shower, ample outdoor lounges and seating, and a 9 hole mini golf course. There is a beach a 2 minute walk away where you can swim or snorkel.The views overlooking the sea towards St Martin are so spectacular, they are mesmerizing! The Villa and the grounds are stunning and the gorgeous infinity pool is perfect for exercise or relaxation. The pictures do not capture the charm of this property but I will include some nonetheless. The hosts were really great people and very easy to deal with, in fact their involvement made our stay even better. Thank you Irad, Catherine, and Paul.
