The full kitchen boasts a brand-new gas range, ample utensils, and enough room for multiple cooks to help out with meal prep. Four Smart streaming TVs offer streaming capabilities to stay on track with your sitcoms and dramas. To make your trip away from home less stressful, the house offers an outdoor shower in addition to two baths to wash the sand away after a day at the beach. Summary: House was okay. It feels like it was a cheap flip. Bathroom doors don’t lock, the upstairs bathroom door hardly closed. Parking situation was a bit of a stretch. The backyard spot was VERY interesting to get out of. On top of that it isn’t noted in the description at the time that the residential parking pass isn’t valid for out front street parking during high season. We found this to be a bit misleading. Especially considering the fact that we had no map or paperwork and the people behind us in the carriage house was gracious enough to forward the information to us. Found out on the way out that we should’ve had a scavenger hunt to find this packet of information as it was hiding in a drawer of an end table and there was one on the top of the refrigerator. The house was relatively clean when we checked in, although the floors were dirty as if they were never swept or mopped in a week. The location is really the only thing going for this home. If you’re expecting shelter with working water and electric, this place has it. As far as the extra frills, I would keep expectations low.
