This beautiful home is situated on the 12th signature hole of the Bundled Golf & Gated Kelly Greens Golf & Country Club and features amazing views of the 11th fairway! The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a breakfast bar island with a cooktop, beautiful countertops, lots of space to get creative in, and a view of the pool, lanai, and golf course. Outside, you'll find an expansive and furnished lanai with an outdoor kitchen and a spectacular covered pool. When you're not outside getting in some golf, stretch out in the living room to stream your favorite Netflix movies and use the free WiFi to research your next Fort Myers adventure.

Nature-lovers should head two miles south to visit San Carlos Bay - Bunche Beach Preserve where they'll find tidal wetlands, exotic plant species, mangrove forests, and lots of great photographic opportunities. Charter a boat through Captain Noah's Sanibel Florida Fishing, just two miles west, to get right alongside redfish, snook, tripletail, kingfish, and mackerel.
